Our city tours take place whatever the weather. Of course, we won’t leave you out in the rain on the way, but will change the route if possible so that the group can also take shelter.

You should be dressed according to the weather. It’s best to make yourself aware of the typical weather conditions of the seasons before purchasing your tickets.

We recommend clothing that is comfortable for you and allows you to move easily. But you don’t need any special equipment. However, weatherproof clothing is never a bad idea, as the weather in Hamburg can sometimes be very moody and can also be a bit windy along the Elbe.

We ask that you arrive at the specified meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour.

You can leave the tour at any time. We would ask you to let the guide know before you do this.

Yes! The cities are exciting and beautiful. Please don’t forget your camera. Please respect the privacy of the employees and other participants.

Let’s explore and enjoy the special atmosphere and the great view over the Hanseatic city of Hamburg from the Elbphilharmonie.
Feel welcome and visit the newly opened Elbphilharmonie accompanied by one of our enthusiastic tour guides. Finally, the construction of Hamburg’s new landmark is completed. Here you can find out more about the delay in the entire construction process as well as the importance of the building for the city today and in the future.

Look forward to detailed information about the advantages and disadvantages of the project. In addition, you will receive a large amount of interesting facts as well as insider knowledge. On this tour you will not only learn more about the major unforeseen costs of the Elbphilharmonie, but also about the function of the architectural masterpiece for Hamburg.

Our tour guides will provide you with information about the materials used to build the Elbphilharmonie and explore the Plaza, the viewing platform, with you. From here you have a fantastic view over the city. You can feel the unforgettable flair of the building.

On rare occasions, the Elbphilharmonie Plaza is temporarily closed. In that case, as an exception, the tour guides only carry out the tour through HafenCity with a view of the Elbphilharmonie from the outside.
