These vessels are among the largest cruising the Swan River, and are very stable. The skippers are professionally and expertly trained to only take vessels out when it is safe to do so and the ultimate decision rests with them. 

Should the weather be extreme, and the tour is unable to run safely, The Operator will advise passengers with as much notice as possible, and offer to transfer to a different date or refund as applicable. 

During winter, due to high tides and storm fronts, there may be occasions where the upstream vessels are unable to navigate under certain bridges. On these occasions The Operator reserves the right to use alternative landing jetties to those stated and transport passengers by coach the short distance to their destination or cancel as necessary. 

To be eligible for a Child's fare, Children must be between the ages of 4-12 years of age. Under 4 years of age is FREE with the purchase of an Infant ticket.  

What constitutes a Family when purchasing a Family ticket?

2 Adults and 2 Children only are classed as a family ticket. The children must be between the ages of 4 and 12 years. 

What is classed as Concession? 

Concessional fares apply to: 

• Australian and International Seniors Cards
• Australian and International Concession Cards
• Full time students (14-25 years)
• YHA, VIP & Nomad card holders

Relevant ID must be provided at time of check-in. If valid ID is not able to be presented at the time of check-in the full fare will have to be paid.  

There is currently no WiFi on the Swan River vessels however City of Perth offer free WiFi at numerous points throughout the city, including Elizabeth Quay and Barrack Street Jetty.
