Yes, the tours run in almost all weather conditions if it is safe to do so.&nbsp;The tours will proceed in all weather unless there is a flood warning or a Total Fire Ban has been declared.

&nbsp;

The safety of visitors and staff is the first priority, and The Operator may reschedule or cancel tours in extreme weather conditions. If this happens, they will try to give participants as much prior warning as possible.

&nbsp;

Please note Southwestern Victorian weather can be unpredictable and change quickly, so it&rsquo;s best to be prepared and dress accordingly.&nbsp;

If your child can walk unaided for half an hour, or if you can carry your infant for this long, they will be OK on the tour.&nbsp;

As the tours include walking in the bush and through wetlands, The Operator recommends comfortable walking shoes at all times. Please consider the following:

This immersive tour covers Budj Bim National Park, Lake Gorrie drystone walls and Kurtonitj Indigenous Protected Area (IPA), plus includes a guided walk of the Tae Rak (Lake Condah) wetlands.

After meeting at the Tae Rak Aquaculture Centre &amp; Cafe, the first destination is&nbsp;the Kurtonitj IPA.&nbsp;

Kurtonitj, meaning &#39;crossing place&#39;, is in the centre of the Budj Bim Cultural Landscape and has historical stone kooyang (eel) traps and stone channels, stone house sites and eel-smoking trees. Your guide will show you these, as well as an area of lava flow featuring two weirs and a dam associated with trapping and holding kooyang.

After Kurtonitj, the tour continues to Lake Gorrie to enjoy morning tea before a short guided walk.

The site is an example of a well-preserved drystone wall sheep wash, built by Gunditjmara people and used by early pastoralists.&nbsp;Constructed in the mid-1800s, the drystone walls demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship and skill in their construction and have been deemed of archaeological significance by the State of Victoria. In addition, there are large numbers of Karrayn (grey kangaroo) living here.

After Lake Gorrie, visit Budj Bim National Park, where your Gunditmara guide will lead a cultural walk with key features of interest, including Lake Surprise, caves, surrounding forest, and native wildlife.

Return to&nbsp;the Tae Rak Aquaculture Centre &amp; Cafe for a light lunch, followed by a guided stroll of the lake and surrounding wetlands. Your guide will take you to the southern and eastern sides of the lake for a cultural talk and a look at the extensive range of stone aquaculture sites, stone walls, and&nbsp;wildlife.

The walking tour finishes at the Tae Rak Aquaculture Centre &amp; Cafe at approximately 4:00 pm.&nbsp;

<h3>BOOKING CONDITIONS</h3>

	<li>After you make a booking request, you may receive a confirmation email from us. This&nbsp;email is only an acknowledgement that your request has been received, and will not constitute acceptance of your booking request.</li>
	<li>A contract for the provision of tours and accommodation, or other services, will only be formed on the happening of all of the below:
	<ol>
		<li>you make a booking request through our website, phone or other channel;</li>
		<li>you confirm the details of your booking request in accordance with the procedures on our website;</li>
		<li>we accept your payment in full of any amounts required to be prepaid (if any), and in accordance with these Terms; and</li>
		<li>you receive an email from us notifying you that your booking request is accepted.</li>

	<li>BBCLT may in its sole discretion refuse to accept your booking request, refuse to process a booking, or may cancel your booking for any reason, including:
	<ol>
		<li>unavailability of the requested tour or accommodation or other services;</li>
		<li>an error in the advertised price for, or description of, the requested services;</li>
		<li>your booking request does not comply with these Terms;</li>
		<li>you have breached or are likely to breach these Terms;</li>
		<li>you have committed (or are likely to commit) any act that is likely to inconvenience other guests, is unlawful, does or would cause disruption to public order or morality, or which may bring the reputation of BBCLT into disrepute;</li>
		<li>you have caused damage or disruption to the BBCLT, its property or guests on a previous stay /or have been evicted by other accommodation providers for the same or similar reasons;</li>
		<li>BBCLT is unable to provide the requested tour or accommodationor other services due to circumstances outside of our control, including natural disasters or malfunction of facilities; or</li>
		<li>any other lawful reason.</li>
	</ol>
	</li>
	<li>If your booking request is not accepted for any reason, or your accepted booking is cancelled in accordance with clause&nbsp;2.3, we will refund your payment on the terms in that clause.</li>

<h4>PAYMENT</h4>

	<li>All credit card payments incur a non-refundable 2% surcharge.</li>
	<li>A credit card pre-authorisation is required on check-in to cover any incidentals.</li>

<h4>UNACCOMPANIED MINORS</h4>

<ol>
	<li>All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent, stepparent, guardian or other adult who has parental rights and responsibilities for the under 18 year old guest.</li>
	<li>If a guest is found to be a person under the age of 18 who is not accompanied by a responsible adult, the BBCLT may immediately cancel the guest&rsquo;s booking and the full booking amount will be forfeited to the BBCLT under this clause.</li>
</ol>

<h4>THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES</h4>

<ol>
	<li>From time to time, third party products or services are sold together with accommodation provided by BBCLT. The third party is entirely responsible for supplying the products or services to you and any involvement BBCLT has in processing or facilitating your booking for the third party service is as the third party&#39;s agent. BBCLT is in no way the supplier of the products or services, and to the extent permitted by law BBCLT accepted no responsibility or liable for any failure by the third party to provide the products or services, nor for any act, error, omission, default or negligence of the third party.</li>
	<li>All third party coupons, vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by those third parties.</li>
	<li>BBCLT does not warrant the accuracy of any information, statements or representations made by third parties.</li>
</ol>

<h4>EVICTION &amp; TERMINATION</h4>

BBCLT may evict you in any of the circumstances described in clause&nbsp;2.1(e), in which case you must immediately vacate the premises. The manager will undertake whatever is necessary to enforce the eviction and removal of your personal property.
