Depart from Queenstown or Te Anau in a premium glass-roof Mercedes Sprinter, designed for a comfortable journey through Fiordland. Queenstown departures are at approximately 7am, while Te Anau departures are at 9.50am. Select Queenstown accommodations offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off, while Te Anau guests depart from the Te Anau Visitor Centre.

Along the way, enjoy scenic stops including Garston and Te Anau, with a morning tea break featuring barista-made coffee and fresh pastries. Continue along the Milford Road with scenic pauses through the mountains and a stop at a known kea hangout, where you may spot these native parrots.

Arrive at Milford Sound and board the MV Sinbad for a two-hour hosted cruise. Enjoy a welcome glass of Cloudy Bay Pelorus sparkling wine before settling into the boat's intimate lounge and seating areas. Cruise past Lady Bowen Falls, Mitre Peak and Stirling Falls, while your host shares Māori narratives, local stories, history and conservation insights.

During the cruise, savour a five-course tasting menu by New Zealand chef Tom Hishon, inspired by seasonal Fiordland ingredients. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice. An optional wine pairing is also available for $65 per person.

The experience lasts approximately 9–13 hours, depending on your departure location and return option. Return by road.
