There is no age limit for your guests, we quite regularly have babies in prams and young families on board right through to grandparents in their 90s. We do ask that all children be fully supervised at all times by a responsible adult

Yes, we cater for all of the above, we ask that you let us know if there are any dietary requirements at the time of your booking and a minimum two (2) weeks prior to your cruise. In exceptional circumstances, if you or one of your guests wishes to bring their own meal we are happy to accommodate them

There is room for wheelchair access onto the vessel, however, the bathrooms and top deck are not wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs must not exceed the width of 700mm

All risks associated with the recreational activity is solely the &ldquo;Client&rdquo; or any member of their party. Recreational activities may be dangerous and entail inherent risk to health or personal safety.

The &ldquo;Client&rdquo; or any member of their party agrees that if they damage or lose equipment belonging to the &ldquo;&ldquo;Company&rdquo;&rdquo; they will be responsible for payment for repairs or replacement of those items. The &ldquo;Client&rdquo; or any member of their party agree to listen to the safety briefings given by the staff of the Company and agree to act in a responsible manner which does not jeopardise the safety of themselves or others.

 
To the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to the exception set out below, you also agree to release the &ldquo;Company&rdquo; and its officers, employees, agents and representatives (&quot;Representatives) from all costs, liability, loss and damage incurred by you in connection with your participation in any Tour, and waive any associated claims that you may have against the &ldquo;Company&rdquo; or its Representatives as a result of your participation in any Tour.

If an activity is cancelled due to weather conditions or any other reason beyond our control, the activity booking will be rescheduled. 
Minimum numbers are required on all tours and courses. Dates may be modified at short notice.

 
Clients are not to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs prior to or during an activity/tour.

 
Once payment has been received, your booking is confirmed. No shows will forfeit the full payment they have made. Once a booking is confirmed dates can be changed however a $10 fee per person will be charged.

The tour will stop at an idyllic Sydney Harbour beachside location or one of the Sydney Harbour National Park Islands where you will have the chance to swim and explore the surrounding area.

Locations may vary due to but not limited to, weather conditions, locations being unavailable due to circumstances beyond The Company&rsquo;s control.

The $7 Shark Island National Parks &amp; Wildlife access fee is to be paid to The Operator on boarding.
