The Demersal ban is when the fish are Spawning, which means they are depositing eggs. This ban goes from 15th October to 15th December (inclusive) each year. During this time, we do not perform fishing charters

Our most common catches at the Islands include WA Dhu Fish, Snapper, Baldchin Groper or Bluebone Groper, Coral Trout, Cod, Spangled Emperor, Red Throat Emperor, Mackerel &amp; Tuna.

Come aboard Fortitude, a 65ft ex cray boat converted specifically for your fishing adventure. With all fishing rods, gear and bait provided, all you need to do is bring yourself and your sense of fun!

Discover the beautiful coastal waters off Geraldton, which has a diverse and healthy ecosystem providing a world-class fishing destination. These waters are home to a variety of species of fish, including pink snapper, dhufish, Spanish mackerel, coral trout, spangled emperor and more. Join your experienced crew who will be there for your every need to keep you catching those fish; bait is ready, jigs are prepared, fish are attended to and help is always at hand!

If you wish to get away from the fishing for a short while, you can head up to the fly deck and enjoy 360-degree views, from lounge seating and a carpeted deck. Your experience is well catered for, with morning tea, lunch, snacks, tea, coffee and water provided throughout the day. You are also welcome to bring your own alcohol onboard Fortitude.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

All the fish you catch on board will be filleted, vacuumed sealed and frozen so you can take them home to enjoy for dinner (limit of two per person). While all the fishing gear is supplied, you are more than welcome to bring your own also. Come onboard and enjoy an unforgettable Geraldton experience.&nbsp;
